Monitoring who enters and exits the property

Ensuring wristbands, credentials, or guest lists are properly enforced

Walking the property to keep an eye on high-traffic or off-limits areas

Helping de-escalate minor issues and reporting major concerns to event staff

Supporting pool safety awareness (if applicable — no lifeguard duties expected)

Protecting equipment, artist gear, and personal belongings on site

Confident, observant, and good with people

Able to remain calm and respectful under pressure

Basic conflict resolution and communication skills

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Previous security or property management experience a plus (but not required)
