10am - Set up & stretch,
11am - Massage Education Poolside w/ Romon Smith
Bring your yoga mats or towel works well.
12pm - Smoothie bar, & Finger Foods Provided All afternoon!
1pm - Podcast recording "Firecrest Introductions" with women entrepreneurs.
